Program Overview

The MCA (Industry 5.0 Oriented) is a two year post graduate course in computer application for graduates wishing to hone their technical skills and be at the cutting edge of Industry 5.0. It will develop the student's expertise in software development, systems design and futuristic technologies and will infuse within it, the core attributes of Industry 5.0 such as human-centric AI, sustainable computing, ethical data practices and collaborative intelligence. Graduates will be high-caliber computing professionals capable of leading technology-driven organizations.

Industry 5.0 takes over from mere digitization and automation and will bring about an era of human empowerment and sustainability, focusing on enhancing human capabilities and taking care of our planet. It requires computing professionals at a post graduate level to be masters of cutting edge technologies and be capable of developing such systems in an ethical, sustainable, responsible manner that will help the greater society. What you will learn

Students will cover advanced topics in software engineering, full-stack development, data science and analytics, machine learning, cloud architecture, cyber security, enterprise application development and research methods. The modules designed with an Industry 5.0 orientation include AI based system design, human-robot interaction programming, green cloud architecture, digital twin development, edge AI, ethical AI governance, data sovereignty and green software engineering. The students will conclude their studies by conducting either a research dissertation or an industry based project.
