Nursing College in India

Nurses play a crucial role within healthcare teams, taking on a high level of responsibility for the treatment of patients: nurses are often the main point of contact, providing continuity of care and liaising with a range of other medical practitioners. Teaching will begin with giving you a foundation in the basic knowledge and skills required of all nurses, including how to have a good 'bedside manner', observing how patients are responding to treatment, and how to administer medication. The nursing degree will then allow you to apply what you’ve learnt in a practical setting such as a hospital ward, and also enable you to specialize in a particular branch of nursing that interests you.

The global population is rising but the number of healthcare workers is decreasing relatively. With more and more nurses migrating abroad, India is facing an acute shortage of faculty and clinical practitioners. This necessitates the initialization of more and more educational institutions to meet local, national and global demand for healthcare providers. Keeping in view the World Health Organization's (WHO) theme of 'Working Together for Health', Sanskriti University initiated its Nursing programs to train and develop quality nursing staff to facilitate healthcare services at the grassroots, and meet the global demand.
