Lateral Entry :Minimum 55% marks in 3 years diploma recognized by Board of technical education in appropriate branch of engineering/B.Sc. (PCM) with minimum 60% marks in the above subject taken together.
Migration : Clear pass B.Tech. first year from a recognized University in the same discipline subject to matching of Courses.

The University has set up Civil Engineering Department to offer to the students an opportunity to become Civil Engineers and contribute to the cause of infra-structural development.
The course in Civil Engineering branch combine subjects related to civil engineering with the study of management, business skills and computers. The faculty members of the department ensure that the syllabi are updated to match the current needs of the industry and the society as a whole.
Civil Engineering : We have following labs in civil engineering department : Building material / Fluid mechanics / Surveying / Geotechnical / Geo informatics / Structure analysis Lab
The major equipments are : Compressive strength testing machine / Los Angeles abrasion testing machine / Impact value testing machine / Bitumen penetration testing machine / Fire point of bitumen testing machine / Buoyancy test machine
