Ph.D in Physics
Master degree in relevant subjects with a minimum of 55% marks (CGPA 5.5 on a 10 point scale) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.
The PhD in Physics is a period of thorough research which enables the candidates to inculcate an investigative nature and garner research skills in the pursuit of specialist knowledge in the universe of Physics. Students are assigned to a research supervisor, and join a research group.
By the end of the research programme, students will have demonstrated the creation and interpretation of new knowledge in the realm of Physics.
