Sanskriti University Celebrated 8th Foundation Day

Mathura. Sanskriti University celebrated its 8th foundation day with joy and delight along with sweet tone of musical songs. The audiencethoroughlyenjoyed the cultural programmes performed by the students till late night which was a wonderful exposition of rich and varied cultural heritage of India. On this occasion, the speakers congratulated the various stakeholders of the University for achieving new benchmarks of excellence in the journey of success which started with introduction of few programmes. The speakers made an appeal to the stakeholders of the University and mentioned that we now have larger responsibilities on our shoulders to achieve and we are not going to stop.

The Special programme on the occasion of 8th Foundation Day was inaugurated by the Chancellor Mr. Sachin Gupta and Mrs. Neha Gupta, Pro-Chancellor Mr. Rajesh Gupta, and Mrs. Poonam Gupta by lighting the lamp. Thereafter the Power Point Presentation of the achievements of the University during the last eight years was shown to the audience.

On this auspicious occasion, Chancellor Mr. Sachin Gupta said that the humble initiative of imparting education which started as a college has now fructified into a University resembling the fast growth like a Banyan tree. The students from all over India and abroad are receiving high quality education in the dozens of programmes offered by the University. To safeguard and further the interests of the students, the University has signed MOU with leading Universities of the world including Cambridge University, UK and Help University, Malaysia. The University has been consistently moving forward with its initiatives to offer various career oriented programmes focused at outcome based education. The University has established a special place for itself at the national level. We are committed to establish it and grow further.

Pro-Chancellor Mr. Rajesh Gupta said that the University is committed to the cause of imparting skill oriented programmes to the youth of Mathura and nearby regions. The University has signed MOU with leading Healthcare Service Provider - Nayati Medicity and MSME, Government of India to further the cause of excellence in the domain of skill development. Our initiatives shall lead to all-round development and holistic transformation of the local students as well as the students from Indian and abroad. He emphasized the importance of conducting research in various emerging and inter-disciplinary areas.

The cultural programmes started with Ganesh Vandana. Thereafter, the students from School of Rehabilitation delivered a scintillating group dance performance on the lovely tunes of Ganesh Vandana.

The couple song from Tanzen and Naveen made the audience clap for a long period. Thereafter, the students from various programmes participated in the Fashion Show and Ramp Walk. Thereafter, the audience became overjoyed with the couple song of Utkarsh and Pallavi. The couple dance by the young students mesmerized the audience and left them spell bound. The entire campus of the University was vibrating with the series of clappings by the audience on the outstanding musical and dance performances by the students of the University. The students from the School of Rehabilitation were honored with special awards for their outstanding performances in various areas.

The special performance by the students from the North-East Region was thecenter of special attraction. This gave a clear message that the programme was a true amalgamation of the rich and varied cultural heritage of India. The programme also included romantic couple dance and patriotic dance which were highly appreciated by the audience. The most important attraction was the process of selection of Mr. and Miss Fresher.

The programme was attended by various dignitaries. OSD to Chancellor-Mrs. Meenakshi Sharma, Vice Chancellor-Dr. Rana Singh, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr. Abhay Kumar, Dr. Kalyan Kumar, Heads of respective Departments, and various faculty and staff members were also present during this memorable programme.
