Overview of the Program

BBA (Industry 5.0 Oriented) is a 3 year Bachelor’s degree in Management which will prepare managers to lead business in a future where human values, intelligent technology and sustainability combine. Business organizations across all industries are reengineering their process with the emergence of Industry 5.0, thus demand for managers having sound knowledge of not only the business core principles but also technologies and principles driving the next industrial revolution is at the rise. The program combines traditional business administration course content with future-oriented content on AI in management, sustainable business and green business, leading digitally and human-centric organization design.

What is Industry 5.0?

Industry 5.0 is a fundamental shift in how businesses operate, compete, and create value. It emphasizes human values, sustainability, and resilience, and requires business leaders to integrate advanced technology with people and the environment. In the eyes of management students, the concept requires them to know how tools and principles of AI and related technologies, business processes and data are aligned together with sustainable business model and management techniques; how to manage individuals and teams working under this new paradigm. Therefore this BBA program is formulated to train such individuals.

What will I study?

The program will cover subjects on marketing management, financial accounting, business economics, human resource management, operation management, entrepreneurship, business law, organizational behavior, etc. Additionally the Industry 5.0 focused module topics such as tools of AI for business decision making, sustainable & circular business model, digital marketing and analytics, smart supply chain management, ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) strategy in business, business ethics and values, innovation management, leading technology driven teams, etc will be taught. A mixture of class lectures, business cases, simulations, and company visit will be delivered.
