Courses Offered:

BA Economics (Hons.)

The course includes important topics like quantitative techniques and research methods which assists the students in solving economic problems with an analytical approach. The students learn about current issues and crises of the world especially those related to emerging economies. The course covers Introductory Microeconomics, Mathematical Methods for Economics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Economics History of India, Development theory and Experience, Public Economics, Advanced Macroeconomics, Money and Financial Markets.

Career Scope

B.A (Hons.) degree holders can find employment in Indian Administrative and allied services Investment banking, Corporate sectors, Finance, Banking, Commerce , Import export companies, Research Establishments etc.
