Sanskriti Engineering Entrance Examination (SEEE-2017)

The Sanskriti University, established by State of Uttar Pradesh, ideally located at NH-2 Chhata, Mathura is acknowledged as one of the leading Universities imparting higher & technical education at Post-Graduate / Under-Graduate & Diploma level in emerging areas.

The University announces the Conduct of SEEE-2017 for admissions to various B.Tech / Integrated B.Tech+M.Tech and Integrated B.Tech+MBA programmes in various disciplines viz. Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.

Name of the Exam:- Sanskriti Engineering Entrance Examination (SEEE-2017)

Eligibility Conditions:-

  • Candidates should have at least 50% marks in aggregate of PCM in 10+2/Intermediate from a recognized board or equivalent qualification.
  • “NIOS” Candidates are also eligible to apply.

Examination Rules

Examination Rules

  • Candidate will be not allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination without valid Admit Card. Candidate should produce the Admit card when demanded by the invigilator in the Examination hall.
  • Admit Card will be sent by email. Admit Card will not be sent by post.
  • Candidates shall retain their Admit cards for Admission counseling.
  • Candidates shall be present at the examination center 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • Any malpractice or attempt to commit malpractice in the examination hall or any violation of the rules will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
 

Do's and Don'ts
Do's

  • You should arrive at the examination centre as per reporting time mentioned in the admit card
  • Carry a Valid Id proof for Verification
  • You should sit in pre allocated seat
  • You should maintain silence during and after the admission test
  • Make sure you sign the attendance sheet in presence of invigilator.
 

Don'ts

  • You will not be allowed to carry written material inside the examination hall.
  • You are not allowed to write anything on the Admit card.
  • You are not allowed to carry any electronic device like Mobile phone, calculators, cameras or any music devices.
  • You will not be allowed to go out of examination hall till the completion of the entire exam time
  • You are not allowed to carry eatable items inside the examination hall, only water bottle is allowed.

Schedule, Pattern & Language

Schedule of SEEE-2017

The candidates can appear in the Examination on any one of the following days at the allotted Examination Centers across India:

Dates of Exam    ------------  3rd to 11th June, 2017

Time of Exam   ------------   10:00 am to 12:30 pm

Duration – 2:30Hours.

Pattern of the Entrance Examination Question Paper:

Physics                – 33.33% weightage

Chemistry            – 33.33% weightage

Mathematics        – 33.33% weightage  

Syllabus for the above subjects shall be as per the syllabus of class 11th and 12th of CBSE 10+2 for students passing out in the year 2017.

  • The Entrance Test will be conducted online. The paper will have objective type 150 Questions. Each question will be provided with four alternative answers marked as (1), (2), (3) and (4). Out of these, only one correct answer or appropriate answer must be marked;
  • Each question shall carry 4 marks;
  • No negative marking will be done for the incorrect answers;
  • Medium of Exam will be English.
 

Guidelines to fill online/offline form

  • Please fill all the columns giving correct information.
  • Starred columns are mandatory to be filled up
  • In the columns ‘Guardian number’ Please fill the Father or Mother or Guardian’s mobile number.

Centre Preference

For the Exam Centre, give three preferences. In case only one preference is given, it will be presumed that candidate is not interested for any other exam centre, even if the exam is not decided to be held, due to inadequate no of applications, at his preferred exam centre(s).

Date Preference

If on the date preferred by you, the number of students are adequate, you will be adjusted on that date, but in case number of candidates are not adequate on that date, any date between 3rd to 11th June, 2017 will be allotted to the student.

In online Mode

Once the candidate fill up all the mandatory columns, he/she will click the online mode, which will take him to the Paytm Payment Gateway.

(In case of blocked Pop-up, he/she will have to allow the Pop-up option first).

  • On the Paytm Payment Gateway, select ‘2017 SEEE’ under the Link ‘Courses'.
  • Note down Paytm order ID & also write down in the form.
  • Upload his/her Scanned Photograph & Signature.
  • Finally click on ‘submit’ for completing the process of online submission.
  • Registration number will be generated & it will also be sent on your registered email id.

In case of offline Mode

Once the candidate fill up all the mandatory columns, he/she will click the offline mode.

  • Upload his/her Scanned Photograph & Signature.
  • Finally click on ‘submit’ for completing the process of offline submission.
  • Click on the Download Button to download the filled form.
  • The Downloaded form is to be sent to Registrar, Sanskriti University, 28 K.M. Stone, Mathura – Delhi Highway, Chhata, Mathura-281401, Uttar Pradesh along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 550/- in favour of Sanskriti University, payable at Mathura.
  • Registration number will be subsequently sent to the candidate by email.
 

FAQ's

Q1. Is the Sanskriti university Recognized

Yes, the Sanskriti University has been established by the State of Uttar Pradesh under Sanskriti University, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh Act, 2016 (No 20 of 2016). The University has been recognized by the UGC & has been empowered to award degree under Section 22 of UGC Act, 1956 (refer UGC Public notice on our website).

Q2. When did the Sanskriti University started functioning 

The University has commenced its operation from academic session 2016-17. About 1000 students are already enrolled in the first year of various Under Graduate, Post Graduate & Diploma Programmes.

Q3. Is it mandatory to appear in SEEE-2017 to take admission in B.Tech, Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech and Integrated B.Tech. + MBA Programmes.

Yes, all the aspiring Students who have qualified 10+2 or appearing in 10+2 of CBSE or other boards & have minimum 50% marks in PCM aggregate are required to appear.

Q4. How will we get the admit card for the test   

The aspiring students who have submitted online or offline application will be sent the ‘Admit Card’ on their registered email.
The details of the Exam Center & the date of test will be mentioned on the Admit Card.

Q5. How we can apply online or offline

You can apply online & make the payment through the Gateway.

You can also download the filled up application form & send it by post to Sanskriti University, 28 K.M. Stone, Mathura – Delhi Highway, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, along with a Bank draft of Rs. 550/- in favor of Sanskriti University, payable at Mathura.

Q6. Are we to carry a laptop or Computer to Exam Centre

No, the computer will be available at the Exam Centre.

Q7. What will be syllabus of the test

The syllabus of the test will be the syllabus of 11th & 12th class of CBSE for students appearing in the year 2017.

There will be total 150 Questions, 50 each of Physics, Chemistry & Maths, with equal weightage.

Q8. Will there be a negative marking

No, no deduction in marks will be made for wrong answers.

Q9. When the result of the test will be announced

Offer letter for admission to the qualified candidates will be sent based on their discipline preference and number of seats available, within 15 days of the Examination.

Q10. Is it confirmed that the test centre will be allotted as per preference

Every effort will be made to allot centre as per first preference of candidate. However if number of students are inadequate at the first preference centre of candidate, and then the 2nd preference centre or third preference centre likewise, will be allotted.

Q11. Is the registration Fee refundable

Fee once deposited is not refundable.

 
 
Note:- Candidates who are to appear or have appeared in the qualifying exam, are also eligible to apply & take the Exam, but their admissions will be subject to submission of the proof of having fulfilled the eligibility criteria by 31-10-2017.

Age Limit:-

Candidates born on or after 1st July 1995 will only be eligible to apply.

Note:- In case of Internet / wi-fi problem at any centre, the Exam will be conducted off-Line. The students will be given a sealed Booklet and OMR answer sheet, on which he will mark/fill the correct answers.

The difficulty level of the test on all the days will be the same.

The choices indicated by the Candidates in respect of the centres of examination and the dates shall only be considered as their preferred choice. In case adequate no. of candidates are not available at a particular centre and on a particular date, the candidates will be allotted the next preferred centre & date.

Submission of Application Forms:

(a) On-Line:-

Candidates can register themselves for appearing in the SEEE-2017 through the University official web-site (www.sanskriti.edu.in) by filling the application form online. They are advised to follow all the instructions before filling the form online. All mandatory details are essential to be filled up.

The candidates will upload at the appropriate place a scanned copy of their photograph & signatures on the form. Once the mandatory details are completed, the payment option will be activated for making payment of Rs. 500/- as registration fees (non-refundable) & subsequent submission of the form.

Once the form submission is processed successfully, a Registration no. will be generated for each student for future reference.

(b) Off-Line:-

If a candidate wants to submit the form via offline mode, he/she needs to send the downloaded filled-up application form along with Demand Draft of Rs. 550/- payable to Sanskriti University at Mathura, as registration fees (non-refundable) The Application form duly filled in along with Bank Draft will be forwarded to the Registrar, Sanskriti University, 28 K.M. Stone, Mathura – Delhi Highway, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, by post or delivered by hand.

After the receipt of completed application forms along with Bank Draft, the Registration no of students will be sent by e-mail.

Registration will commence from 18th December, 2016.

Last date for submitting the online / offline application form is 15th May,2017.

Admit Card: Admit cards will be sent by e-mail from 25th May, 2017 onwards. The admit card is an important document to bring in the examination hall, without it, the candidate will not be allowed to write the examination.

Counseling / Admission Process:- The University will prepare a combined list of qualified candidates in order of merit, based on the marks obtained by all the candidates who have appeared in the Exams held on various days.

Offer letter for admissions will be sent to candidates rank-wise, based on the no of available seats, the preference given by the students in the application form.
