Sanskriti Engineering Entrance Examination (SEEE-2018)

The Sanskriti University, established by State of Uttar Pradesh, located at NH-2 Chhata, Mathura is acknowledged as one of the leading universities imparting higher & technical education at Post-Graduate / Under-Graduate & diploma level.

The University announces the conduct of SEEE-2018 for admissions to various full time B.Tech / Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech and Integrated B.Tech + MBA programmes in various disciplines viz. Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering.

Registration will commence from 28th March 2018.
Registration closes 30th May 2018.
  • Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate of PCM in 10+2/Intermediate examination from a recognized board or equivalent qualification.
  • “NIOS” Candidates are also eligible to apply.

Note : Candidates who are to appear or have appeared in the qualifying exam, are also eligible to apply & take the Exam, but their admissions will be subject to submission of the proof of having fulfilled the eligibility criteria.

The candidates can appear in the Examination on any one of the following days at the allotted Examination Centers across India :

Dates of Exam : 20th June - 30th June 2018

Time of Exam : 10 AM

Duration : 2:30 Hours

Physics 33.33% weightage
Chemistry 33.33% weightage
Mathematics 33.33% weightage

Syllabus for the above subjects shall be as per the syllabus of class 11th and 12th of CBSE 10+2 for students passing out in the year 2018.

  • The Entrance Examination will be conducted online. The paper will have objective type 150 Questions. Each question will be provided with four alternative answers marked as (1), (2), (3) and (4). Out of these, only one correct answer or appropriate answer must be marked;
  • Each question shall carry 4 marks;
  • No negative marking will be done for the incorrect answers;
  • Medium of Examination is English.

Note : In case of Internet / wi-fi problem at any centre, the exam will be conducted off-Line. The students will be given a sealed Booklet and OMR answer sheet, on which he will mark/fill the correct answers.

The difficulty level of the test on all the days will be the same.

The choices indicated by the Candidates in respect of the centres of examination and the dates shall only be considered as their preferred choice. In case adequate no. of candidates are not available at a particular centre and on a particular date, the candidates will be allotted the next preferred centre & date.

  • On-Line :

Candidates can register themselves for appearing in the SEEE-2018 through the University official web-site (www.sanskriti.edu.in) by filling the application form online. They are advised to understand all the instructions before filling the form online. All mandatory details are essential to be filled up.

The candidates will upload at the appropriate place a scanned copy of their photograph & signatures on the form. Once the mandatory details are completed, the payment option will be activated for making payment of Rs. 500/- as registration fees (non-refundable) & subsequent submission of the form.

Once the form submission is processed successfully, a Registration no. will be generated for each student for future reference.

Registration closes 30th May 2018.

  • Off-Line :

If a candidate wants to submit the form via offline mode, he/she needs to send the downloaded filled-up application form along with Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- payable to Sanskriti University at Mathura, as registration fees (non-refundable)

The Application form duly filled in along with Bank Draft will be forwarded to the Registrar, Sanskriti University, 28 K.M. Stone, Mathura – Delhi Highway, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, by post or delivered by hand.

After the receipt of completed application forms along with Bank Draft, the Registration no of students will be sent by e-mail.

Registration will commence from 28th March 2018.

Admit cards will be sent by email from 10 June 2018 onwards. The admit card is an important document to bring in the examination hall, without it, the candidate will not be allowed to write the examination.

The University will prepare a combined list of qualified candidates in order of merit, based on the marks obtained by all the candidates who have appeared in the Exams held on various days.

Offer letter for admissions will be sent to candidates rank-wise, based on the no of available seats, the preference given by the students in the application form.

Q1. Is Sanskriti university a Recognized University?
  Yes, the Sanskriti University has been established by the State of Uttar Pradesh under Sanskriti University, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh Act, 2016 (No 20 of 2016). The University has been recognized by the UGC & has been empowered to award degrees under Section 22 of UGC Act, 1956 Read the UGC Public notice on our website.
   
Q2. When did Sanskriti University start functioning?
  The University commenced its operations from the academic session 2016-17. Sanskriti Group of Institutions has been delivering higher education since 2010 before being upgraded to Sanskriti University. Over 4000 students are enrolled in various Under Graduate, Post Graduate & Diploma Programmes.
   
Q3. Is it mandatory to appear in SEEE-2018 to take admissions in B.Tech/Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech/Integrated B.Tech. + MBA Programmes?
  Yes, all the aspiring Students who have qualified 10+2 or appearing in 10+2 of CBSE or other boards & have minimum 50% marks in PCM aggregate are required to appear.
   
Q4. How can I receive the admit card for the SEEE 2018?
  Aspiring students who have submitted online or offline application shall be sent the ‘Admit Card’ on their registered email.
The details of the Exam Center & the date of test shall be mentioned on the Admit Card.

If you are unable to pay online, you must send your application form to Sanskriti University, 28 K.M. Stone, Mathura – Delhi Highway, Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, along with a bank draft of Rs. 550/- in favor of Sanskriti University, payable at Mathura.
   
Q6. What is the syllabus for SEEE 2018?
  The entire CBSE/ICSE curriculum of 11th & 12th class is relevant for SEEE 2018.
   
Q7. What is the exam structure for SEEE 2018?
  There will be a total 150 Questions, 50 each of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with equal weightage.
   
Q8. Will there be a negative marking?
  No deductions in marks will be made for incorrect answers
   
Q9. Am I allowed to carry a laptop/tablet/phone to the Exam Centre?
  No. Computers will be provided at the Exam Centre.
   
Q10. When will test results be announced?
  Offer letter for admission to the qualified candidates will be sent based on their preference of discipline and availability of seats, within 15 days of the Examination.
   
Q11. Is there a chance of getting a different exam center other than the first preference?
  Every effort will be made to allot centre as per first preference of the candidate. However, if number of students are more than the seats available at the first preference centre of candidate, then the 2nd preference centre or third preference can also be allotted.
   
Q12. Is the registration Fee refundable?
  Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
