Sanskriti Knowledge Quest 2015 successfully conducted by Sanskriti Group on 28.11.2015

Sanskriti Knowledge Quest 2015- An Inter-school Inter-state quiz competition was organized at Sanskriti Campus, Chhata, Mathura on 28.11.2015. Students of renowned schools of Allahabad, Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Mathura, Hathras, Aligarh and many more districts of U.P.; Hodal, Palwal and adjoining areas of Haryan aand Rajasthan took part in the competition.

The competition was conducted in a series of rounds. While the preliminary rounds were conducted in different schools for students of respective schools, selected teams from different schools were grouped in clusters and progressive screening was conducted in different schools till 08 teams were selected for taking part in the grand finale. The Grand Finale was conducted at Sanskriti Campus, Chhata, on 28th Nov. 2015.

Quiz contest involves test of knowledge of the students in different fields and hence very popular amongst the students of reputed schools. Information is power and knowledge acquired by processing such information is an asset for any human being. These competitions help the students in assessing and improving their knowledge base. The students feel excited when they can positively respond to the questions asked by the quiz master. In different rounds, questions were asked with increasing degree of difficulty for screening the brighter students. On completion of screening process, names of winning teams and members of each team were announced by the quiz-master. The quiz master Mr. Nirmalya, conducted the entire process very efficiently. Hon'ble Justice (Smt.) Gyan Sudha Misra ji, Judge, Supreme Court of India and Shri H.C. Ganeshia ji, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India graced the occasion as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.

While addressing the audience, Chief Guest Hon'ble Justice (Smt.) Gyan Sudha Misra ji said that such contests should be organized at regular periodicity essentially for motivating the students to dig deep into the expanse of any subject and thereby empower themselves with knowledge that can act as addition to their repertoire of knowledge. She wished Sanskriti Group grand success in their future ventures in the field of higher education. Shri H.C. Ganeshia ji, said that, in his opinion, such quiz contests help in team building, improving mental reflex and providing cutting edges in the face of stiff competition. He also said that he was very impressed by the infrastructure and teaching-learning process followed by Sanskriti Group. Mr. Sachin Gupta, Chairman of Sanskriti Group, expressed his gratitude to Hon'ble Justice (Smt.) Gyan Sudha Misra ji, Hon'ble B.L. Joshi ji and Shri H.C. Ganesia ji for taking their valuable time off from their busy schedule and gracing the event. He said that he was very pleased with the performance of every participating team.

He also said that the primary objective of any quiz contest is not winning the contest but honing the mental reflex which, in long term, helps in overall growth of personality, increasing confidence level andgaining experience through exposure to competitive environment. Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Vice-Chairman, Sanskriti Group, congratulated the participants and hoped that the students will carry lots of positives from this contest which will help them in shaping their future. He also said that Sanskriti Group will be organizing such events on regular basis. Prof. P.C. Chhabra, Executive Director of Sanskriti Group of Institutions, thanked the dignitaries and the teams for participation and expressed his hope that such quiz contests will be more competitive in future.
