Mathura. Nowadays the educated youth are facing the problem of unemployment despite of being educated. If the youngsters do not get the first job timely in their careers, it can often impact the financial health of their families and can even lead to mental tension or instability in their lives.

Dr. Priyamvada, an accomplished academician and student counselor, said that the companies of modern times require competent workers who can behave in professional manner at the workplace and hence she advised the students to present themselves as a polished and confident professional when they appear for their next interviews. At the time of interview, fluency in communication, clarity of thoughts, presentation skills, listening ability, life viewpoint, body language and general behavior - every minute aspect can be observed by the interviewer. The interviewers may also try to find out from the body language that whether a candidate is over-aggressive or not. Showing too much aggression is a negative trait. If the body language is soft and gentle, the probability of success increases. Confidence can help in achieving success and hence all kinds of fears should be removed from the mind before appearing for a job interview.

At the time of giving introduction, one should start with his or her educational background, professional accomplishments, future goals and objectives as well as any training done. Candidate should be brief and should say everything precisely in the least number of words. The students must have complete information about the company to which they are applying to.
