3rd Sanskriti Knowledge Quest” held on 26 November 2016

Sanskriti University,Chhata, Mathura organized its third“Sanskriti Knowledge Quest” on 26 November 2016. This event was a grand success which received an overwhelming response from schools in and around  Mathura,Agra, Aligarh, Chhata, Kosikalan and Vrindavan. The idea behind the Inter-school Quiz competition was to bring up a platform for all students to compete with their peer-groups, explore their knowledge and the motto was to inspire and encourage the students to work harder, beat the competition and come out as winner in today’s world of cut-throat competition. The event was inaugurated by Mrs. Neha Gupta. Dr. I.K. Pandey, Dean of the University welcomed all the students and other guests. The Chancellor, Mr. Sachin Gupta addressed the gathering and advised the students on carreer advancement. Pro Chancellor, Mr, Rajesh Gupta inspired the students by his motivational speech and Executive Director, Prof. P.C. Chhabra explained the purpose of such an event.

This interschool quiz quest encouraged maximum participation of students of class XII. The quiz master Mr. Nirmalya prepared a four tier competition. The first and second phases were pen and paper based round which was  followed by an Online test and finally the buzzer round. A total of 500 Groups participated in the first round of which 128 were chosen for the second, 32 for the third and 08 Groups for the fourth and Final round. The questions ranged from a variety of topics including general science, technology, current affairs, History, Sports, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude. It was great to see that the students were quite aware of the happenings around the nation. Students from Shriji Baba Saraswati Vidhyamandir put forth outstanding performance and also secured the first and Second position. The second runners up were students from Prasad Public School.

Certificates and trophies were awarded to the winners by the Chancellor, Pro chancellor and Executive Director. All the participants of the final round were presented with token of appreciation. The event came to an end with the delivery of vote of thanks by Mr. Nirmal Kundu who thanked all including the participants, management and organizing committee for their efforts in the successful completion of the event.
